BLOCK TIME
for those customers who prefer not to enter into a long term
contract agreement, we offer Block Time Support. This
service offers our customers the same repair service and
support that our contract customers receive at an hourly
rate. Block time agreements are comprised of 20, 40, 60, or
80 hour blocks with incremental discounts for more hours
purchased. All hours are billed in advance and tracked on a
daily basis to insure accuracy of time utilized. All parts
used are billed, in addition to hours used, upon customer
approval.
TIME & MATERIALS SERVICE - MSI also
offers Time & Materials service on a per call basis. This
service option offers our customer the ability to pay for
service only when needed with no prepayment of hours
required. As with Block Time Service, parts will be billed
with repair time. Minimum labor hours may apply.
